We take great pride in our winemaker, Tamás, who was honored with the title of "WINE PRODUCER OF THE YEAR 2020"!

Preserving Time-Honored Techniques

At Borbély Családi Pincészet, we cherish the art of traditional winemaking. By combining modern and classic techniques, we create wines that showcase a distinctive mineral character. Our family motto, "Fiery wines, volcanic flavors," reflects the essence of our selection series, which matures beautifully in the bottle. Recognizing the significance of wine tourism, we have established a welcoming Wine House and Guesthouse, providing a cozy retreat for wine enthusiasts throughout the year.

👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏽🐶 We went to the estate with my partner and our dog for 2 nights, which included a wine index wine tasting. 🍇 The estate was nicely arranged, the breakfast (which was included in the price) was very hearty and delicious, the hospitality was relaxed and family-like, and the dog was also very loved. 🍷 At the wine tasting, the cheese plate and the cold plate were very delicious, we received excellent and high quality wines. 🏡 The accommodation was fine, our room was small, but it was enough for a few nights. I think it's worth coming here with several people at the same time, so that the entire accommodation with the common spaces can be used better. 🐎 By the way, there is also an equestrian center behind the estate where you can ride horses (it is no longer part of the estate, but it is a 10-minute walk away).

Wonderful place, beautiful estate, beautiful wines. If you are in the Badacsonyi wine region, don't miss it! Be sure to try the bluegill and the rose stone! We took part in an unforgettable eight-wine tasting, it was sensational. I definitely recommend them to everyone!

Clean, sophisticated accommodation. Friendly and flexible owner and staff. Very nice wines. My personal favorite is the Rose Stone. The prepared dinner plate contains abundant and delicious farm food. We were given grapes to snack on, which were divine. What I think is a bit of a disadvantage is that it is on the outskirts of the settlement, but this also guarantees a quiet and peaceful environment. Transfer options are limited. It can be ideal for small groups and couples alike.

We participated in a wine tasting in a family atmosphere, it was a great experience to glimpse the history of the winery. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side, but we had the opportunity to warm up next to the tiled stove. The wines beautifully highlight the volcanic terroir, they are mineral, rich👌 the Rózzkő and the Bács Hegy Italian Riesling became my favorites! Recommended!
