The main grape varieties cultivated at VáliBor include Kéknyelű (Blue-stemmed), Italian Riesling, Muscat Ottonel, and Pinot Noir. All aspects of viticulture and winemaking are conducted on-site, with hand-harvesting ensuring the artisanal quality of our wines. Our red and white wines are aged in wooden barrels and are available exclusively in bottles.

Commitment to Organic Viticulture

The VáliBor vineyard spans 9 hectares and adheres strictly to organic farming practices. The soil is rich, consisting of high sedimentary Pannonian sand interspersed with volcanic lava rocks, topped with a thick layer of brown forest soil. This unique terroir contributes to the distinct character of our wines.

Hospitality at a high level! Warm welcome, friendly, comfortable room, fantastic food. The wines we were able to taste every day were all our favorites! You don't have to go to Tuscany or Provence to have such an experience! I'm only giving 5 stars because that's all...This was our first time, but we'll definitely be back!

We were warm welcomed with a nice olaszrizling spritzer. The atmosphere is very authentic and relaxing, with old school household items, and next to the vineyard. Most of the wines we tasted were top quality. The tapas plate is perfect, altough a bit overpriced (€13 / person). Would definity come back to this place.

It was exeptional as it was 15 years ago when we first met this place. The service the atmosphere, the wine and the meal. If you are on the loose weight, do not go there...😆..otherwise must stop for a dinner, or a wine taste.🍖🍗🍷

At Váli Winery we had such a fantastic experience that it's hard to put into words, but we'll try anyway. We arrived at 6:00 pm on Sunday evening for their dinner, called the Oven Feast. Little did we know then that we would enjoy one of the best gastronomic and hospitality experiences of our lives. With a total of three tables about 12-15 people, the evening started with 12-15 people. As a starter, they were prepared for us in such quantity that we could have lived well with it, but it's actually the contents that are unforgettable. Homemade ham, buffalo and grey beef salami, veal liver, home-made cheese, vegetables, duck liver, gizzard, virgin steak, eggplant and cottage cheese cream. This was accompanied by home-made potato bread, the crunch of which created a symphony of its own. Before the main course, a venison fillet tasting was prepared as a surprise. Its taste is so unique and special that it is truly an indescribable experience. And for the main course, they had a combination of duck confit, nutmeg, buttered baby carrots, croutons fried in fat, red cabbage and Brussels sprouts with bacon. To finish, they offered a homemade cheesecake. In addition to the food, the quality of the wines was also fantastic, it was difficult to choose a favorite. It was great to hear the story of the wines and the connection to the family. But what clouded the whole evening was the love and professionalism of the hosts. Throughout the evening, we experienced an attention and service that is unique in the country. It was great to experience that they enjoyed the evening together with us. As time went on, live music was also added, which enhanced the already wonderful atmosphere. With every movement you could feel that this is their life and that they want us to be a part of it that evening.

We had an incredible experience at the Vali winery and guesthouse. We stayed for 1 night and did the oven feast, which included a charcuterie board, various dips & tapas, fresh bread, a main course of roasted duck with mashed potatoes and cabbage, and then a dessert. We had about 8 glasses of different wines from the winery throughout the night as well. The food and wine was all delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the setting was beautiful. In the morning we had a freshly made breakfast with eggs, another charcuterie plate, and coffee. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

I can only recommend it! The few days spent at the guesthouse were a real refreshment! The staff is first class, the atmosphere is great! Péter Váli even introduced us to the secrets of making vintage and rosé wines. We had a great time, I hope it won't be the last time! Thank you!
