A Passionate Beginning Rooted in Family Tradition
My name is Edoardo, and in 2015, I began caring for our family vineyard, driven by passion and a love for winemaking. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a deeper commitment as the Borgaccio grapes consistently produced wines of remarkable body and character. Inspired by these results, I was motivated to explore further and give new life to our land’s potential.
Cantina Mancini: Tradition Meets Innovation
In 2020, I proudly labeled our first bottle and officially founded Cantina Mancini. With my grandfather's guidance, I combined traditional winemaking methods with a fresh, modern approach. This vision came to life in 2021 with our Garage Winery—producing just 3,000 bottles annually from a single hectare of 55-year-old vines. We hand-harvest our grapes and allow natural fermentation, creating wines that are deeply authentic, limited in quantity, and rich in the spirit of our territory.
