How Cantina Numa Came to Be
Cantina Numa is a testament to the passion for winemaking and a commitment to quality. Each vine and plot is treated with care, employing unique processing techniques that highlight their individual characteristics. Our goal is to vinify our grapes in a way that truly reflects the essence of our wines.
Organic Farming in the Heart of Marche
Situated just 6 km from the Adriatic Sea and at an elevation of 160 meters, our vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate that is ideal for grape ripening. We adhere to strict European Union regulations regarding copper use in vineyard treatments, often using alternative methods such as microorganisms and natural extracts. This approach allows us to keep copper residues in our final products to a minimum, ensuring a cleaner and more authentic wine experience.
Crafting Unique Wines
Our dedicated team collaborates closely to create wines that possess a distinct identity and character. We experiment with various vinification techniques tailored to each grape variety and vineyard plot, ensuring that the unique qualities of our raw materials shine through in every bottle.
