In the region of Entre-Deux-Mers, the Château Chillac de Morizès is surrounded by vineyards, woods, and meadows as far as the eye can see. This medieval castle has known many different owners over the centuries, as legends have been passed down from one generation to the next. The castle today belongs to Christelle, Laurent and their two daughters Charlotte and Anne. Vineyards currently cover 50 ha of the property as each generation plants more vines making constant improvements to the property.

Château Chillac benefits from a multitude of different soil types, clay-limestone, sand and stone, allowing the family to cultivate excellent Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, and Muscadelle. All vineyards are tended under biodynamic principles following the motto, “Respect your vines and they will give back to you.”
