Celler Coma D’en Bonet winery: in the heart of Terra Alta
The Celler Coma D’en Bonet winery is located in Gandesa, a city located in the south of Catalonia in the Terra Alta region of Spain. The Celler Coma D’en Bonet winery is home to approximately 28.4 hectares of vineyards that are arranged in strips, terraces and slopes on a terroir that can be described as calcareous clay.
A lot of sun leads to concentrated grapes
The altitude of the vineyard means that it does not receive much rainfall and is exposed to long hours of sunshine during the vegetative cycle. The climate of the area is influenced by strong winds that provide excellent conditions for the production of high quality and concentrated grapes. The vineyards are divided into four different sections which are: The Coma d’en Bonet covering 14,89 hectares; the Serra de Castellnou covering 7,53 hectares; the La Plana covering 3,56 hectares and the Cinderella covering 2,42 hectares.
The two different wines produced by the Celler Coma D’en Bonet winery and which already won awards are the Dardell, consisting of the Dardell Blanc Eco 2019 and the Dardel Negre Eco 2019
