At Celler Jovani, we cultivate the native white grape varieties of the Penedès: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. Our 12 hectares of vineyards, with vines aged between 30 and 55 years, are located just 50 kilometers from Barcelona. Under the guidance of Carles, we prioritize the health of our land, practicing organic farming to maintain living soils and respect the natural environment. This commitment allows us to produce sustainable, high-quality wines that reflect the essence of our region.

Write a reviewWe were there on Saturday afternoon for a sensory visit. Enric, our guide, was spectacular! He introduced us to this world of elaboration, dedication and flavours that we were able to discover thanks to mixing different cavas with appetizers made especially by Montse to enjoy these sparkling wines. It is an incredible experience and place. We still have an outdoor dinner pending with views of the vineyards, which we will soon do. Thank you Jovani family.

On Saturday, July 27th, we went to Jovani Vins to enjoy the most wonderful experience we have ever had. We did a tasting with Enric that couldn't have been better. We tasted three cavas in different parts of the winery with three different appetizers specially prepared to develop a unique experience with the combination of cava and aperitif. With Enric's comments and experience, everything made sense. After the experience, we went to dinner. At Lupita's, Mexican food is the focus. Tacos, quesadillas, burritos. We finished dinner with a great taste in our mouths and the conviction of having found a family of 10 that will spoil you 10. See you again

A great little wine cellar, it seems incredible that only four people can make so many delicious and varied sparkling wines. The sensory visit is highly recommended, each of the cavas and their corresponding tapas are a delight for the senses. The cheese pairing menu is spectacular, plus the fantastic dishes and the treatment of Montsa, Enric, Sergi and Robert make you feel like one of the Jovani family. We must not forget the privileged location of the cellar with spectacular views.
