Château du Mont covers an area of 60 acres on the Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Sauternes and Graves appellations. The winery produces over 100,000 bottles of red and white wines. Hervé Chouvac and his wife Claire are the actual owners of the castle and produce high-quality organic wines on an area of 25 hectares. The winemakers of Château du Mont work with the three principles of passion, quality and pleasure in all of their winery work.
