Château L’Eperon - Tastings, Masterclasses, and Events

Wonderful spot for overnight in our campervan! Super clean shower and toilet. Would recommend trying the wines too! We arrived quite late so just let Olivier know and paid in the morning (20€).

Very nice and personal wine tasting experience from hosts Olivier and Natalia. The wines were delicious and fresh crusty bread and cheese was provided. The tour of the vineyard and the wine making facilities was very interesting and informative. Great discussion about how different grapes are blended based on the harvest to produce different wines and also the challenges of building a brand and reputation within the industry. We had small kids with us and they were provided with fruit drinks and colouring activities, so it's also an ideal wine tasting experience if you have kids in tow :)

We spent 1 night in this area which is more than magnificent! The owner made us spend a very pleasant moment with a very interesting wine tasting, and the wine is good ground floor ☺️ Thank you very much for your welcome, we recommend 100%! We will come back!

I don't usually rate the castles we visit, I don't have the reflex in any case but I wanted to share our experience with potential visitors. We went to the castle for a visit and a tasting and it went wonderfully well. Olivier and his partner made us spend a real moment of sharing and conviviality around very nice wine :) So thank you to them for this moment of sharing, and above all go there with your eyes closed, you will be welcomed in a magnificent domain, with kindness and passion for the profession. Thanks again to them.

Fantastic stay!! The gite rooms at this lovely winery are as good as if not better than those in many luxury hotels in which I have stayed. Newly done, up to date yet oozing with character, the rooms in the large house, and the smaller one too, are so well-appointed and very comfortable. Our hosts Nathalie and Olivier are fantastic. They somehow knew and provided everything we could possibly need in advance of our arrival. They were unobtrusive and very responsive if we had a question. They live on the property so they're there if you need them but you wouldn't know they were there otherwise. Quite knowledgeable about the area and of course their wonderful wines! We had a wine tasting with them and were very impressed with the high quality wines! The TV in the spacious and cushy living room had cable as well as streaming channels and in the adjoining dining room there was a bluetooth speaker so you could play your own music. Very well-equipped kitchen - full spice rack, balsamic vinaigrette, tea kettle, Nespresso and drip coffee maker. Comfortable furniture, especially the beds. They thought of everything! The patio outside was great for hanging out and looking at the big beautiful pool with the expansive vineyards behind it. The property next to theirs has 70 some horses so if you want to go horseback riding, it could not be more accessible and convenient. It was great just to walk on the gravel roads next to the horse farm and to walk all around the vineyards too. Also good restaurants nearby. Helps to have a car but the owners know a driver who can take their guests around. Best vacation ever! Good golf in the area too, four golf courses to play. We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone who wants a great vacation in the Bordeaux region of France.

We have just been in this magnificent house, everything is perfect, modern, tasteful, bathroom and toilet in every room. Olivier and Natacha are very nice. Thank you again for tasting your wines. Thank you again.

We had a very pleasant and rejuvenating time with the family....the view of the vineyards, the calm and the comfort were just great...As for the house it is incredible and very large with bathrooms and toilets in the 5 bedrooms... The hosts are very kind and friendly. Thank you to them for the visit of the vineyards and the tasting!! I highly recommend going there!!!!😉

Magic place to stay with friends and family! Beautiful villa with the pool and with stunning views of the vineyards! The rooms are so beautiful! We had everything we need! washer and dryer! The kitchen was fully equipped! Privet and very quiet. The owners Natalia and Olivie are amazing people! We decided to stay one more night because we didn’t want to leave their beautiful place! And the wine of course is quite perfect!

Three days spent in the guest house in the middle of the vineyards and it was perfect! Very comfortable, very well decorated and spacious. The rooms are magnificent with special mention for the bedding (excellent) and the linens (very beautiful and so soft!).

Excellent wines, especially Chateau L’Eperon L’Eclat. Elegant tanine, gently spicy with red and black berries and vanilla notes. Best accompaniment for a barbecue with friends. Perfect value for money.
