Depuis 5 générations, la famille Fauchey est propriétaire du Château l'Inclassable, situé au coeur du Médoc, entre l'Océan Atlantique et l'Estuaire de la Gironde, en France.

Très impliquée dans la protection de son Terroir et de son Environnement, cette propriété familiale est reconnue comme le plus haut niveau de « Haute Valeur Environnementale » depuis 2013, labellisée « Vegan » pour sublimer les plantes et préserver le monde vivant, et certifiée en « Agriculture Biologique ».

I knew their wines, but it was during a Trott-in-Medoc outing that I was finally able to visit the Château! A very beautiful experience, just like their wines! We were incredibly well received, we discussed methods and wines. A very pleasant interlude! Taste these wines, they are really worth the detour!

First and foremost: Excellent wines! Also, the owner was very welcoming and expertly explained about the biologically sound practices that the winery uses to produce Bio-Medoc. One of the few truly bio wines in the region and a family owned enterprise you should really support. We got some bottles as presents and to keep for a special occasion. Great experience, great people great wines!

Discovery of a vineyard by novices in this field. Very warm welcome, visit to the cellar, detailed and clear explanations. It is imperative to visit Château L'Inclassable, meet the Fauchey family and leave with your arms full of these wines tasted. What motivated our visit: the Organic label and the Vegan label. What motivated our purchases: the tasting.
