The red wines are aged for an average of 28 months in oak barrels, while the white wines incorporate Muscadelle, which is aged for 5 months in oak barrels and comes from vines that are 15 years old.
The wines from Côtes de Bordeaux are known for their intense aromas of blackberry and Morello cherry. On the palate, they offer a fruity experience that lingers delightfully. These wines pair exceptionally well with traditional regional dishes, including oysters and goat cheese, enhancing the overall tasting experience.

During a stay in Entre-Deux-Mers, we had the opportunity to discover Château La Clyde. The owners shared with us their passion for organic wine and biodynamically cultivated vines during a visit to the cellar. A generous gourmet tasting allowed us to discover the quality of their wines and to spend a warm moment of conviviality with the owners. We were able to complete our wine cellar with a selection of bottles, in particular the Hédoné 2019, which we recommend. Great discovery.
