L'actuelle propriétaire du domaine a repris une partie des vignes en tant que fille et petite-fille de vignerons en 2005. Elle exploite le vignoble de ses parents avec son mari Stéphane. Bien plus qu'un métier, La Rose Monturon est avant tout un projet de vie pour le couple et une passion qui les anime malgré les aléas climatiques. La nature environnante les oblige à réfléchir et la remise en question permanente les aide à travailler pour rester en harmonie avec elle et ainsi respecter l'environnement.

Myriam showed us her property and told us about it from the bottom of her heart. A warm welcome, we left with lots of information about wine and the profession of winemaker. The visit ended in style with an excellent wine tasting. We can only recommend this experience!

A comment that is a little late but that was close to our hearts. Myriam showed us around her family estate and explained the workings of her profession. She was able to pass on her passion to us! We had a great time and a superb tasting! A very nice discovery.

Whether you are a wine novice or a connoisseur, this visit will delight you. The owners, a passionate and generous couple, share with enthusiasm their know-how and their attachment to the Saint-Émilion terroir. The tasting is superb, accompanied by clear and captivating explanations, and the visit of the vineyards and the cellar allows you to better understand each stage of production. An authentic, enriching and convivial experience. In short, we enjoyed our visit!

Stéphane, the owner was the kindest host and was unbelievably knowledgeable in his craft (obviously). He patiently fielded all our questions and has a killer sense of humor. I did not plan to learn so much and have such a warm and wonderful experience. There seem to be 100 different options for vineyard tours and tastings in this area, but I can confidently recommend this as the most intimate and enjoyable vineyard tour and wine tasting experience I’ve ever done. 10/10 must do!!!
