In the city of Bordeaux, in France, Chateau La Rose Monturon has been producing red wines at the foot of the coast of Saint Emilion for a long time. The small family farm of 3.5 ha is located at the foot of the large castles.
Owners of the Winery
The present owner of the winery took over a part of the vineyards as the daughter and granddaughter of winemakers in 2005. She farms her parents’ vineyard with her husband Stéphane. Much more than a job, La Rose Monturon is above all a life project for the couple and is a passion that inspires them despite the vagaries of the weather. The surrounding nature forces them to think and the constant questioning helps them to work to stay in harmony with it and thus respect the environment.
