In 2023, Maxime and Emma, after completing their studies in food science and oenology, joined their father at Château Mouresse. Together, they are committed to preserving their family legacy and ensuring that their passion for winemaking continues for future generations.

Château Mouresse is dedicated to sustainable viticulture, focusing on soil health, biodiversity, and the well-being of local wildlife. The estate's layout promotes a balanced ecosystem, with surrounding forests providing natural protection for the vines. A natural reed-based wastewater treatment system and rainwater collection ponds support efficient water management, while a drip irrigation system ensures the vines receive the necessary hydration during the summer months.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to energy self-sufficiency, with a photovoltaic system installed on our wine storehouse.
