Un nouveau domaine viticole avec un grand rêve
Le domaine a été récemment racheté fin 2019. Ce fut pour moi une reconversion professionnelle complète, n'étant ni bordelais ni vigneron !
Le vigneron apprend chaque jour quelque chose de nouveau avec l'assiduité et la foi.
Un rêve devenu réalité
Il y a de nombreuses années, le vigneron voulait être proche du vin. Maintenant, je mets les mains dans le vin ! La propriété fait environ 11Ha d'un seul tenant, non loin de la rivière Dordogne, donc sur un sol principalement composé de sable et de limon.
La Vinification
J'élabore mon Bordeaux AOC Castillon en cuve avant, puis je propose différents types de vins, blanc, rouge, rosé, pétillant, pour différents goûts et palais, qui peuvent s'ouvrir avec différents types de plats ! Aujourd'hui vin, vin plus ou moins boisé, et un pur fruit, élevage en amphores.

Small cellar but full of love and sacrifice for work and wine.
Winery tour also in Italian.
Filippo was very kind and interesting during the tour of the cellar.

I discovered a small castle with its sleeping beauty and its prince charming, who work with love and passion 3 hectares of vines. Passionate and exciting, innovative, they welcome you with warmth and kindness. Authenticity and terroir are there to remind you that there are still hidden treasures in France, and in Gironde in particular. So a small glass of tasting in moderation will undoubtedly be worth more than a big speech, treat yourself this time and without moderation. I highly, highly, expressly recommend!!! Quickly they are waiting for you.

A place that is clearly worth a look. The host Philippe is truly passionate, an educational and warm visit. Real, authentic, thank you for this discovery. Their Mano Mano wine is a beautiful signature. Thanks again to the owner Philippe for sharing this moment with us in the middle of his vines.

The visit was arranged in Spanish and it wasn't like that, but we had no problem following it in English. It's a small but cozy winery and the owner was super friendly with the group. We had a fun time, learned new things and tried their very delicious wines. For only €5 it's highly, highly recommended.
