Vineyards of Cimarelli Winery

Spanning 8 hectares, the Cimarelli vineyards are situated at an elevation of 300 to 400 meters in the renowned Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico region. The "Classico" designation signifies a smaller area with a rich history of Verdicchio grape cultivation. The family cultivates a selection of grapes, including Verdicchio, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese, which are used to create their signature wines. The Cimarelli family oversees every aspect of the winemaking process, from the careful selection of grapes during harvest to the vinification and bottling stages, ensuring that each wine embodies their passion and expertise.
