Clos Systey is a small family vineyard located in the heart of the famous Saint-Émilion region of France. Founded in 2015 by Sylvie Dulong, our winery is dedicated to creating exceptional wines with a focus on organic and biodynamic farming.

With 2 hectares of vineyards, we work with profound respect for nature, seeking sustainable winemaking that preserves biodiversity and the health of the land.

We were at the Saint-Émilion Open House in 2025. We visited Clos Systey, and the tour was given by the family project's winemaker. We tasted the wines and loved them. We'll be back.

If there's one visit to Saint-Emilion that you should definitely make, it's Château Clos Systey. There, you'll discover a different way of understanding nature and its uncertainties, meeting passionate and welcoming winemakers who will explain to you with clarity and simplicity what organic farming and biodynamics are all about. The wine reflects its owners: gentle and warm, smiling and cheerful. Our small group had an unforgettable time with Fanny, Juan, and Sylvie. A big thank you to this remarkable team.

A truly magical space. The service is exceptional; they make you feel right at home. It's an ideal place to unwind. Something I loved was that upon arrival, we were able to try different vintages—in our case, 2015 and 2017—and do a comparative tasting to note the nuances and unique characteristics of each harvest. We will definitely return.
