The winery was established in 1856 by General Domenico Dogliani to turn his passion for the job. Since then, The Dogliani is known as a family of winemakers in the Langhe, one of the geographical areas with the most ancient and wide tradition in wine growing and producing in Italy and the whole World. They have been in the winemaking for the last five generations and each generation has improved the production technique, giving their touch which led this winery to be at its finest.
