While the exact date of their first production remains a mystery, records show that by 1916, they were already supplying local taverns with their wines.

Sergio, Silvia’s husband and the winery owner, often leads the tasting sessions. However, if he is busy tending to the vineyard or cellar, their daughters—Giulia, Beatrice, and Lorenza—step in to ensure a delightful experience for all.
Sergio oversees every aspect of the winemaking process, with a keen focus on grape quality. The winery cultivates several grape varieties, including Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Arneis. Only the finest grapes are selected to create the exceptional wines served during tastings, ensuring that each glass reflects the dedication and passion of the Ca’ Neuva family.

A wonderful experience in the heart of the Langhe. I do a lot of tastings around the world, visiting both small and large companies, but I've never found a company like this. I leave my heart there. Big hello to the Abbona family. Maria

The wine tasting was a really pleasant experience. The proposal included the tasting of 7 different wines accompanied by a platter. The sommelier explained to us very well the difference between the wines offered, without getting too technical, and the associations with each meal consumed. After the tasting, there was a visit to the cellar, small but clean and tidy. Nebbiolo is absolutely the workhorse of this winery.

In this experience I found everything I expect from a tasting: very good wines, presented with care and accompanied by appetizers aimed at highlighting the characteristics of the wine. The possibility of having the appetizers in a gluten-free version was very much appreciated. Even a non-expert like me cannot help but notice the competence and passion of the owner and his collaborators. A pleasant end to our trip to Piedmont!
