More Than a Century of Business

Ca’ Neuva winery is located in Dogliani, more precisely in Santa Lucia, a small village in the heart of Langhe. This family-run winery has been producing wine for more than 100 years. The actual start date of the production is unknown, but 1916 they were already selling wine to local taverns.

A Family Matter

What makes Ca’ Neuva truly special is the overall atmosphere, that makes you feel part of the family as soon as you step into the winery. Silvia welcomes all the guests and brings them to the small tavern, where the wine tasting will take place. Sergio, Silvia’s husband and owner of the winery, will then guide the visitors throughout the tasting. Sometimes it might happen that Sergio is busy working in the vineyard or in the cellar, so Silvia and Sergio’s daughters, Giulia, Beatrice and Lorenza, manage the wine tasting experience.

Prime Quality Grapes

The entire winemaking process is constantly controlled and managed by Sergio. He is very picky when it comes to the quality of the grapes that will be turned into wine. The main grapes grown at Ca’ Neuva are Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Arneis. Indeed, only the best grapes make it from the vine to your glass at the wine tasting.
