L’Olibaou: A Picturesque Winery at the Foot of Sainte-Victoire

Situated in the scenic Aix-en-Provence countryside, Domaine de L'Olibaou is a hidden gem in the heart of Provence, France. This enchanting winery rests at the base of the iconic Sainte-Victoire mountain, where it produces not only exquisite wines but also high-quality olive oil, all nurtured by a sun-drenched clay-limestone terroir.

A Passionate Commitment to Winemaking

Henri Doglione fell in love with this beautiful land in February 2003, fulfilling a lifelong dream of creating his own wine. Shortly after, he partnered with Dominique Soriano, who brought his expertise to the estate. Together, they have cultivated 9.5 hectares of vineyards and 2.9 hectares dedicated to organic olive oil, fostering a deep connection to the land.

Certified Organic Practices for Quality Products

Domaine de L'Olibaou is committed to certified organic farming, ensuring that every product, from olives to wines, meets high-quality standards. The estate has received multiple awards for its dedication to organic practices. Hand-harvesting is a tradition here, allowing for careful selection of grapes and olives. The winery produces artisanal wines—white, rosé, and red—along with premium olive oil, all crafted from organically grown, hand-picked grapes.

The wines are produced under IGP Méditerranée labels.

The vineyards feature a variety of grapes, including Vermentino, Syrah, Grenache, Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. These grapes thrive in the rich clay-limestone soil, resulting in exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of Provence.
