The Faraud family, now in its fifth generation, continues to uphold this rich tradition. Today, three sisters—Delphine, Cendrin, and Roseline—manage every aspect of the winery, from vineyard cultivation to global sales.

Traditional Techniques in Red Winemaking

The Faraud sisters cultivate 17 hectares of vineyards within the Gigondas appellation, nestled among the Dentelles de Montmirail and garrigue. Their commitment to quality is evident in their manual harvesting, meticulous sorting, and fermentation using indigenous yeasts. The wines, crafted from classic Rhône grape varieties, are aged for 12 months in old oak foudres, ensuring that traditional red winemaking techniques are preserved.
