Xavier and Benoît Fabre represent the fifth generation of winemakers at Domaine des Romarins, continuing a lineage deeply connected to the land. Their thirty hectares of vineyards are farmed with a balance of modern understanding and traditional care, honoring the work of those who came before them. The family has always lived alongside their vines, sharing the landscape with their children and daily life with the rhythm of the seasons. Their approach is simple and sincere: take only what the land willingly gives, maintain balance, and nurture the environment. This philosophy led them to be among the first estates awarded the HVE (High Environmental Value) label in 2015, and since 2020, the domaine has proudly followed full organic farming practices.
