At Domaine du Chat Blanc, family is everything. This charming organic wine estate is run by Catherine, Stéphane, and their son Paul, nestled in the picturesque village of Saint-Didier, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Their passion for wine led them to fulfill a long-held dream of establishing a small vineyard.

A Historic Beginning

Six years ago, this dream became a reality when the family acquired a historic 18th-century farmhouse in the renowned AOP Ventoux appellation. Surrounded by a flourishing 5-hectare vineyard, the estate is home to Grenache and Syrah vines, cultivated with organic methods for over a decade.

The Unique Terroir

The vineyard, once part of a cooperative winery, is located in the heart of the Comtat Venaissin region. With the majestic Mont Ventoux as a backdrop, this exceptional terroir benefits from a unique microclimate. The abundant sunshine nourishes the vines, while the refreshing Mistral wind helps protect them from disease, allowing the grapes to thrive with minimal intervention.
