The winery is formed by three cooperatives: Roses, Vilajuiga, and Pau, with roots tracing back to 1947. In addition to wine, Empordàlia has a long-standing tradition of producing premium olive oil. The vineyards flourish under ideal conditions, and the main grape varieties include Grenache, Carignan, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Moscatel, and Macabeu.
