The Empordàlia winery is committed to making excellent wines by the combination of culture and modern technology. The Roses, Vilajuiga, and Pau are the three co-operatives that make up the Empordà region. The history of the estate goes back to 1947 with the creation of Vilajuiga. All three co-operatives worked to make high-quality wines that reflect the characteristics of the Empordà.
Empordàlia – producer of unique wines and olive oil
Apart from wines, the family has also been making olive oil for many years with the best equipment and extra care. The staff works every day to make quality products for their customers by grapes and olives sourced from their partners. They grow these fruits in the best conditions, and with great passion and skill, they are turned into wines and olive oil. The main grape varieties that grow here include Grenache, Carignan, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Moscatel, and Macabeu. The best grapes are handpicked and used to make their high-quality red, white, rose, sparkling, dessert, and fortified wines.
The wines have a characteristic taste and aroma that reflect the qualities and features of the unique Emporda terroir and the hard work and commitment of the winemakers.
