Estol Verd Celler is the brainchild of Gerard and Sara, who come from agricultural backgrounds in the Tarragona region. With a commitment to their family legacy, they have expanded their role from mere producers to offering agricultural and farm management services. Their mission is to elevate the agricultural sector by integrating production, processing, and marketing while adhering to sustainable practices. Estol Verd is dedicated to economic, social, and ecological sustainability, aiming to positively impact both the environment and the community.

The Vineyards of Estol Verd

Located in Rodonyà, within the Alt Camp region of Tarragona, Estol Verd Celler is a family-run winery that specializes in organic wines. The winery is situated in the historic manor house of Cal Joan Rosset. Previously, the winery produced bulk wines for larger companies, but now it focuses on crafting its own unique offerings from five distinct vineyards in the DO Tarragona wine region. The CaSole vineyard features clay soils ideal for cultivating Xardoner and Tempranillo, known for their rich flavors. La Masia boasts a diverse terroir with fertile soils perfect for Macabeo, Parellada, Syrah, and Muscatel. Additionally, the Mas d’en Prat, Les Bovals, and Les Planes vineyards contribute to the winery's commitment to producing high-quality organic wines.
