Located in the picturesque village of Ilindentsi, at the base of the majestic Pirin Mountains, Kiossev Boutique Wine Cellar is dedicated to producing premium wines in limited quantities. This family-run winery is steeped in a rich winemaking tradition, with the region hosting numerous wine fairs over the years. Surrounded by pristine mountains, Ilindentsi is one of Bulgaria's cleanest areas, providing an ideal environment for grape cultivation.

At Kiossev, each wine series is meticulously crafted, with only 300 to 5,000 bottles produced and individually numbered.

The Struma River Valley, known for its unique climate of cool nights and warm, sunny days, imparts distinctive aromas to the grapes. This boutique winery combines traditional winemaking techniques with modern innovations, ensuring that each bottle is a true reflection of the region's character. Annual Production and Heritage

Mr. Nikolay Kiossev, a fifth-generation winemaker, has a deep-rooted passion for viticulture. After seven years of preparation and experience in his grandfather's winery, he established Kiossev Boutique Wine Cellar, which honors winemaking traditions dating back to 1922. The winery produces around 50,000 bottles annually, offering a selection of white, rosé, and red wines. While Mr. Kiossev uses his own grapes, he also sources high-quality grapes from local producers to maintain the standard of excellence.
