The Terroirs are located in One of the Most Beautiful Areas of Montepulciano

Fattoria Della Talosa takes solace in 33 hectares of its land that is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Montepulciano. The territory is at an altitude of 350 – 450 m and the vines get plenty of sun exposure. The soil here is of medium texture consisting of Tuff and clay sand characters. The vines are tended to with great love and harvested by hand.

The Winery Takes Pride in its Historic Cellar

The cellar is a crucial part to a winery making great wine. And Fattoria Della Talosa has done it right. The main cellar is in the old town center. It is an underground area between two of the oldest buildings in the city: Palazzo Tarugi and Palazzo Sinatti. The cellar dates back to the 16th century and this is why their cellar feels like travelling back in time and their ageing wines definitely add to the experience.
