A Winery Nestled Among Vineyards and Nature

La Table de Pierre Bourée is located in Gevrey-Chambertin, a charming area in the heart of the Burgundy wine region. This winery is celebrated for its exceptional red, white, and sparkling wines, all crafted from grapes grown on their estate.

A Rich Heritage Since the 19th Century

The history of Pierre Bourée Winery began in 1864 when Pierre Bourée took ownership and named it after himself. In 1903, he expanded the winery by acquiring a walled vineyard near Dijon-Lyon, known as ‘Justice.’ His son, Bernard, took over in 1922 and purchased a parcel of Grand Cru vines in Charmes-Chambertin. In 1945, Bernard’s nephew and his brother François modernized the winery and expanded its reach beyond Europe. Today, Jean-Christophe manages the winery, continuing the family legacy.

Traditional Winemaking at La Table de Pierre Bourée

Over the past decade, the estate has cultivated around 40 appellations across Côte de Nuits, Côtes de Beaune, and Chablisien. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully transported to the cellar in boxes for pressing. The winery focuses on three grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Beurot. Red wines are aged in wooden barrels for two years, while whites mature for 14 to 16 months before bottling. Visitors can learn more about the winemaking process during a guided tour of the Pierre Bourée winery.

Simple, but elaborate cuisine. Sandrine, the chef, cooks for her guests and we feel at home. Sandrine's cookies are exceptional. Warm, family atmosphere. We already want to come back.

A small but well chosen menu, friendly welcome and service, good food and wine and good value. We will return when next visiting Dijon.

A great discovery Warm welcome The hostess runs the restaurant and effectively controls the service and the cuisine. Everything is good from starter to dessert More than reasonable prices for menus and Burgundy wines

But what a joy, apart from the dishes prepared with love, it is also for Sandrine that we come, we recognize her imprint, her warm welcome, her always smiling, she is a woman with heart. His culinary skills are as great as his generosity and good humor. We tasted a red Marsannay, a promise for our taste buds, so I bought a bottle and a white Burgundy on the way out to discover it. A huge thank you for this moment shared, as I said, I will kidnap her. Sandrine is an exceptional woman that you will get to know, driven by her passion. Come by, you will undoubtedly have a wonderful time. Thank you, thank you, Agnes Thomas
