A Legacy of Winemaking in Burgundy Since 1793
Domaine Coste-Caumartin has been cultivating the love of wine since 1793 in a historic location in Pommard.
This family estate, passed down through generations, represents centuries of history and now pays homage to these ancient walls by producing award-winning wines.
The Coste-Caumartin estate has a signature well which has been carefully preserved in the inner courtyard and symbolizes the history of the estate.
The 13 hectares of Domaine Coste-Caumartin are located entirely in the Côte de Beaune, primarily in Pommard, Beaune, and Saint-Romain. The vines are lovingly tended, pruned, trimmed, and then trellised using traditional Burgundian techniques. Soil cultivation is tailored to each plot, and the estate has been certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since the 2019 vintage.
Benoît Sordet, the owner of the estate, has the opportunity to vinify prestigious terroirs, including 2 Clos Monopole vineyards.
