Celler Viader is the personal adventure of Eduard Viader, who
carries in his blood the history of a lineage of doctors and
apothecaries established in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia since 1823. They
left behind a legacy of invaluable winemaking knowledge, passed
down through generations of winegrowers and winemakers in the
Penedès region.


An agricultural engineer by trade and a lover of the land, Eduard
Viader, at just 21 years old, embraced the traditional method and
the heritage of his ancestors to craft the first Viader cava in 2009.
For over a decade, Eduard's journey gradually took shape in a small
cava in the heart of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. In 2018, he discovered an
old abandoned farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, near Espiells.
The estate, known as Can Rossell de la Llena, immediately felt like
the place where his life's adventure would continue. By September
2021, Eduard was already making his first wines there.
