Nestled beside the breathtaking Serra da Arrábida, Quinta de Catralvos invites you to discover a place where nature, tradition, and wine come together in perfect harmony.

Located just 30 kilometers south of Lisbon, the Serra da Arrábida is one of Portugal’s most remarkable natural landscapes. This protected area is defined by its dramatic hills, rich and diverse Mediterranean flora, and the constant influence of the nearby Atlantic Ocean. Cool ocean breezes and salty air meet the warmth of the sun, creating a unique microclimate that shapes the character of our vineyards and our wines.

At Quinta de Catralvos, our vineyards benefit directly from this exceptional setting. The proximity of both the Serra and the Atlantic moderates temperatures, preserves natural acidity, and allows for long, balanced ripening of the grapes. The result is wines with freshness, precision, and a strong sense of place.

Our philosophy is rooted in minimal intervention. We believe great wines are born in the vineyard, not manipulated in the cellar. By respecting natural processes and working closely with the land, we allow each wine to express the true identity of its terroir. From the soil to the sea, every element leaves its mark on the final glass.

Discover wines that reflect the elegance, purity, and authenticity of the Arrábida region—wines shaped by mountain and ocean, crafted with care, and designed to be enjoyed slowly. At Quinta de Catralvos, every bottle tells the story of its landscape.

Excellent service, highly recommended for events, as was my experience with a friend's wedding. The food was spectacular and beautifully prepared, the table settings and plating were excellent, and the waiters were attentive and very professional. There's parking, an outdoor lawn area, and fantastic views of the vineyard.

Loved the place! It’s our second time here and I have to say - it’s my favourite winery of this region. The vibe, the place, the people and their hospitality is amazing. And i have to say - the winemaker was super hot so additional star for that ❤️

The farm is a very well-designed, clean, and well-decorated space that functions perfectly. However, the accommodation needs some improvements, the most pressing being the installation of a handrail and better lighting on the stairs leading to reception.

We took booked the wine tour and tasting for 4 adults and one child. It was very informative and our guide was absolutely amazing! The best experience we've ever had at any vineyard. The wine and cheese were delicious. The setting is beautiful too. I can't recommend this tour and tasting highly enough.
