Quinta de Catralvos

Loved the place! It’s our second time here and I have to say - it’s my favourite winery of this region. The vibe, the place, the people and their hospitality is amazing. And i have to say - the winemaker was super hot so additional star for that ❤️

We stopped in and got way more than expected for a tasting. Bernardo was amazing! I learned so much about wines of the region and the process of wine making. Also the wines are delicious! We bought several bottles

The farm is a very well-designed, clean, and well-decorated space that functions perfectly. However, the accommodation needs some improvements, the most pressing being the installation of a handrail and better lighting on the stairs leading to reception.

We took booked the wine tour and tasting for 4 adults and one child. It was very informative and our guide was absolutely amazing! The best experience we've ever had at any vineyard. The wine and cheese were delicious. The setting is beautiful too. I can't recommend this tour and tasting highly enough.

We had a group of 10 for a tour and wine tasting at Catralvos and it was a great experience. The tour was detailed and walked us through the full process from the vines on the property to the placing the label on the bottle. It is a young winery, so they experiment and have creativity in their products. Our tasting included 2 whites, 2 reds and 1 - 2 year Moscatel. I liked how the presented the 2 wine types together so we could compare the differences and better understand how they would be paired or enjoyed. Also, having the young Moscatel was different and excellent when compared to the older Moscatel. They were also very flexible with us and allowed us to add a Rosie into our tasting which is from a new line they just released called Castelao. The full line of Castelao was available for purchase as well which added to the overall experience. Great tasting wine, very reasonable price and excellent tour with detailed information on process, history and their culture. We will return soon to replenish our supply of wine.

The team was extremely professional, always available and attentive, providing excellent service that was reflected in every aspect of the celebration. The cuisine was of unparalleled quality. Each dish served, created with high-quality ingredients, was a festival of flavors that further enriched the experience. It was an unforgettable party, full of love and joy, with a vibrant energy that filled us with happiness. The day flowed naturally, without stress or worries, allowing us to live each moment to the fullest. Quinta de Catralvos was the perfect stage for our magical day. It was a pleasure to have Mrs. Contança and her entire team by our side, making everything so wonderful. We can only express our deepest gratitude for making our day so unique and special. We recommend them to all future brides and grooms who dream of an unforgettable wedding day.

Amazing place with spacious wine yard and perfect location to celebrate precious moment in life! I am grateful that my wedding day memories are linked with Catralvos! All our guests (both locals and from abroad) unanimously confirmed Catralvos is a perfect place. It has spacious parking, backyard both to sit and enjoy a cocktail and starters, hold concert as well for kids spacious enough to run around (many parents felt relief that there is no pool). Furthermore, I was impressed with the team preparing for the day and also executing all scenario! They were the most understandable, professional, perfect hosts and knowing how and when to behave, all the guests felt well taken care and received best service. Not to mention that property has many options for decoration, variety of menu options, contractors (cake, flowers etc) which easy all the preparation and you can find everything in taste. Thank you so much for everything ❣️

Excellent venue for celebrations, weddings, or even just parties. The staff was very attentive and the food was quite good. Nice spot for sunsets surrounded by vineyards.

We came here to buy "Moskatel". The very friendly staff immediately opened a bottle for us to try, and the dessert wine was truly delicious. We bought several bottles. The only downside was the slightly bumpy road to the store. However, it was more than worth it.

Excellent service, highly recommended for events, as was my experience with a friend's wedding. The food was spectacular and beautifully prepared, the table settings and plating were excellent, and the waiters were attentive and very professional. There's parking, an outdoor lawn area, and fantastic views of the vineyard.

Top-notch, excellent location for events ranging from weddings to family dinners, in-house catering, 5-star staff, good food, and all natural products, no frozen food. Pleasant atmosphere, space for children to have fun on the large lawn. Possibility of scheduling visits to the winery and wine tastings.
