Localizada na costa alentejana, na confluência de duas grandes regiões vinícolas portuguesas, Setúbal e Alentejo, você pode encontrar a Herdade Canal Caveira. Lançando marcas com a marca “Serra Brava” (registrada nos anos 70) entre brancos, rosés e tintos, recentemente eles adicionaram um Moscatel Frisante: o primeiro com uma designação de qualidade na região da Península de Setúbal. “Vinha Morena” agora se tornou uma marca para vinhos de nível de entrada e a marca “Herdade Canal Caveira” para vinhos de gama alta.
Envolvida pelos contrafortes da Serra de Grândola, a herdade recebe a influência marítima da Costa Alentejana, terra de um microclima único e original. Tem uma área de 45 hectares, dos quais 25 são vinhas e os restantes oliveiras, laranjeiras, sobreiros, azinheiras, medronheiros e pinheiros. Com solos maioritariamente arenosos, grande amplitude térmica e influência atlântica, a Herdade Canal Caveira produz vinhos elegantes, complexos e persistentes. Write a reviewWe went on Thursday at noon and we were alone so the visit was private! This is very good because in some wineries if you don't meet the minimum they cancel the visit. The amount of wine and food was brutal, if you're not careful you'll come out drunk hahaha and the guy who helped us during the visit was very nice. Very good prices on the wines, and they also sell liquor and a jam that I think is made from pumpkin that was amazing!

The wine was delicious, the staff were very friendly, the prices and tapas were great, and there was an adorable dog that wandered from table to table! Overall, a very great experience and worth the stop!

A truly special experience. Cannot compliment the experience enough. Staff was incredible. We had our two year old with us and they were so accommodating. The wines were incredible. Best Cabernet we have ever had! Snoopy is a legend!

We had a truly enjoyable tasting on the balcony earlier this month. We did the tasting of 3 wines- which included a pairing of tapas from the region, and a small tour of the facility. The staff was very friendly, letting us also taste some of the liqueurs- and did not rush us even though we came for a tasting without a reservation, as well as at the end of the business day. Not crowded at all- had the place to ourselves- so it was a fantastic experience.
