Fermentation occurs spontaneously using indigenous yeasts, and the wines are bottled by hand without clarification or filtration. This artisanal approach allows the wines to authentically reflect the unique terroir of the region.
The vineyards are located on an elevated slope, averaging 380 meters in altitude, with soils rich in clay, limestone, and minerals. This combination of climate and soil imparts distinctive aromas and flavors to the wines. The portfolio includes white wines like Simandro, Raphael, BelloRibelle, and Raicanuda, as well as red wines such as Guidobaldo and Sacradebucce. Additionally, they offer the rosé Zigara and ancestral wines like Spavengol and Revoluscion, along with limited classic vintages that undergo bottle refermentation.

Dream reality, immersed in the splendid setting of the Cesane. I highly recommend a visit to this estate where we tasted excellent natural wines combined with very tasty local products. The owners were very friendly and ready to give interesting information. Beautiful and well-kept location. I recommend trying their macerates, great discovery!

Is the most beautiful place that makes wine. With people who are incredibly passionate and honest about what they do. With the product that is nothing but the natural ingredients nothing but the grapes. This is a truly natural wine they produce, and it’s quite amazing to taste it.
