Fermentation occurs spontaneously using indigenous yeasts, and the wines are bottled by hand without clarification or filtration. Unique Terroir and Climate
The vineyards are located on an elevated slope, averaging 380 meters in altitude, with soils rich in clay, limestone, and minerals. This combination of climate and soil imparts distinctive aromas and flavors to the wines. The portfolio includes white wines like Simandro, Raphael, BelloRibelle, and Raicanuda, as well as red wines such as Guidobaldo and Sacradebucce. Additionally, they offer the rosé Zigara and ancestral wines like Spavengol and Revoluscion, along with limited classic vintages that undergo bottle refermentation.
