Welcome to Viña Santa Cruz

Founded in 2003, Viña Santa Cruz embodies the spirit of the Lolol Terroir, thanks to the vision of Carlos Cardoen C., a passionate Chilean entrepreneur. Our vineyard harmonizes the rich oenological potential of Lolol with the cultural heritage of the Mapuche, Aymara, and Rapa Nui peoples. This connection is reflected in our wine lines, including Chamán Reserva, Chamán Gran Reserva, Make Make, Tupu, and Santa Cruz. A unique cable car ride offers visitors a glimpse into these vibrant cultures that inspire our wines.

Unique Terroir of Viña Santa Cruz

Our 150-hectare vineyard is located just 40 km from the Pacific Ocean in the Colchagua Costa Designation of Origin. This region is celebrated for its diverse soil types, primarily volcanic ash, which supports robust vine growth and high-quality yields. Additionally, our vineyard benefits from alluvial, sedimentary, and metamorphic sandstone soils, contributing to the complexity of our wines.

Commitment to Sustainability

Since 2011, we have been recognized as a sustainable vineyard, continually striving to enhance our practices, our team, and our community impact. In 2017, Viña Santa Cruz proudly became Chile's first 100% solar-powered vineyard. Our commitment to sustainability ensures that we produce high-quality wines while caring for the environment, aiming to leave the planet in better condition for future generations.

This place is beautiful. Stunning views of the valley while you eat. The food was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. We only came for a drink but stayed cause the food smelled so good and were pleased we did.

Lovely vineyard - beautiful views from the mountain down to the valley. Cable car brings you up, there is a quite an impressive collection of (surprise surprise), and info of Chilean tribes. Great restaurant as well, friendly staff, good wine. Perfect half day trip. You can make it a full day with the car and wine museums.

Beautiful winery with high prices. There is a cable car, price per adult 19000 CLP, the price includes a glass of wine and entrance to the museums. It is really beautiful and worth a trip.
