Water conservation is prioritized. There is a reduced dependence on imported materials for pest control and fertility. Besides these, there are multiple things considered which makes a vineyard biodynamic and it is often said that wines from such vineyards have uniqueness and expressive taste.
The varietals grown in the vineyards are Riesling, Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir which are used to craft red, white, sparkling and dessert wines. Approximately 140,000 bottles of wine and sparkling wines are produced in this winery.
This winery beholds the membership of VDP (Association of German quality wine estates) and has prioritized the nature’s process, hospitality and maintaining a personal connection with their wine lovers.
