Legitimate!

The grapes are hand-picked at the beginning of September , the day varies according to the vintage and the degree of ripeness.
They are pressed as quickly as possible; after which the must is extracted and fermentation begins at a controlled temperature in steel.
The wine is then refined for a period of 6 months in steel on its fine lees, before being bottled.

• Color: pale straw yellow that increases in intensity with time.
• Nose: floral aromas, with hints reminiscent of exotic and yellow-fleshed fruit.
• Palate: full and delicate with a good aromatic persistence; versatile wine that accompanies cold appetizers, first and second courses based on fish.
• Ideal pairings: cold appetizers, risottos with vegetables and second courses based on fish or white meat garnished with sweet and sour sauces.
