Wine from Thirst

The grapes are harvested at the beginning of September, the day varies according to the year and the
degree of ripeness.
As soon as possible they are pressed and left to macerate in a stainless steel tank; as soon as the cap of marc rises without any pumping over, it is drawn off and the alcoholic fermentation continues in the absence of the skins.
The wine is then aged for a period of 4-5 months in steel on its fine lees , before being bottled.

• Color: light red with purple and garnet reflections as it evolves.
• Nose: Aromas of red fruits, strawberry and currant
• Palate: never aggressive, with good acidity, the olfactory sensations return
  which make the whole very pleasant and carefree to drink.
• Ideal pairings: simple drink to pair with cured meats, fresh cheeses and, above all, good friendships.
