Welcome to the Meusert Winery in Fahr am Main – a place where wine, craftsmanship, and hospitality come together. For over 400 years, our family has shaped viticulture in the region, now managed by Michael Meusert , the DLG Young Winemaker of the Year 2025 .

Our motto “A visit to friends” describes exactly what guests can expect from us: authentic Franconian hospitality, honest conversations, lovingly tended vines and characterful wines that make their origin palpable.

The focus is on Silvaner , Franconia's leading grape variety, which we vinify in a variety of styles – from fresh estate wines to characterful single-vineyard wines, from spontaneous fermentation to skin-fermented orange wine. The range is complemented by sparkling wines, PIWI wines, and alcohol-free creations under the Meusert ZERO label.

In addition to our wines, we offer wine tastings, wine hikes, culinary events and guided tours – with regional snacks and views over the vineyards on request.
This is not just about wine, but about a lifestyle, exchange and shared experiences.
