First, you will visit The “Museum of Vine and Wine” is a result of their passion for countryside life at the beginning of the XXth century. You can discover more than 2 000 tools of their manual job used in the past, like carpenter, blacksmith, cooper and, of course, winemaker.
After the visit to the museum, they will guide you on the winery to explain today’s techniques. The other name of this winery is “Modern space”, thanks to the inox tanks and other pieces of equipment allow to understand and live the work of winemaker: make a vine a bottle.
They suggest you discover Burgundy wines with a tasting on cellar of the XVIIIth century. Of course, if you’ve children with you, they can discover their delicious grape juice. This tasting is proposed without a visit to the museum at the same time of domain, it’s free.
At any time of the day come to walk in our vineyards around the domain. This walk (approximately 2km) is a way for you to discover the link between the local soil and Château de La Greffière wines. You will have explanations on grape varieties and a fantastic view of the domain and his neighborhood.
After having visited the property, they will give you your meal (starter, plate of cold cuts, cheese and dessert). During this lunch, you will discover vineyards and its wonderful view and taste this original picnic with the gastronomic richness of the Burgundy region.
