Organic Farming and Sustainability at the Core

Located in the renowned Chianti Classico region, Casaloste spans 18 hectares, with 10.5 hectares dedicated to vineyards and the remainder to olive groves for their premium extra virgin olive oil. Giovanni, the owner, learned the importance of organic practices during his studies at the University of Agriculture. His Master’s degree in Oenology has been instrumental in implementing organic farming techniques. Since 1994, all wines produced at Casaloste have been certified organic, with Sangiovese and Merlot grapes grown with minimal intervention, reflecting their respect for nature and the land.
