Located in the tranquil village of Gönnheim, Eymann Winery has been a family-owned establishment since 1984. After taking over his father's winery, the owner was inspired to transform the estate into an organic vineyard. His vision was to produce exceptional wines while prioritizing environmental responsibility. Together with his wife, Inge, they have dedicated themselves to the art of viticulture, ensuring that each bottle reflects their commitment to quality.

The success of Eymann Winery is a result of teamwork and shared passion. The owner’s son, Vincent, is set to carry on the family legacy, ensuring that the winery continues to thrive. In addition to wine production, the estate features a restaurant and hotel, providing a welcoming space for guests to enjoy the beauty of the Pfalz region.

Organic and Sustainable Practices

With a focus on future generations, the winery has embraced organic and sustainable farming methods. This approach not only protects the local ecosystem but also enhances the health of their vineyards. The Pfalz region's lime-rich soils and favorable microclimate contribute to the cultivation of high-quality grapes. In addition to grapes, the estate grows a variety of herbs, flowers, kiwis, and citrus fruits. The primary grape varieties include Riesling and Spätburgunder, with the best grapes handpicked for their premium red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines. The owner, a passionate chef, also prepares seasonal regional dishes that complement their wines.
