Agamy: A Legacy of Winemaking

Founded in 2016, Agamy is the result of the collaboration between four historic cellars: Bully, Quincie, Vignerons Foreziens, and Coteaux du Lyonnais. With a dedicated team of around 350 winegrowers, Agamy harnesses the unique terroir of the Beaujolais region to craft exceptional Gamay wines. Each bottle tells a story, reflecting the passion and expertise of the winemakers. With over 200 years of winemaking history, Agamy manages nearly 1,300 hectares of vineyards, strategically located in some of France's finest wine-producing areas. Their logo, featuring a maze, a vine, and a fingerprint, symbolizes their artisanal approach and commitment to quality, while also highlighting their signature grape, Gamay.

Vineyards and Wine Experiences

Agamy's vineyards thrive in the picturesque Lyonnais hills and the volcanic soils of the Forez region. Each year, skilled winemakers select the finest Gamay grapes to produce a diverse range of wines, including red, white, rosé, and sparkling varieties. Wine enthusiasts have the unique opportunity to sponsor a batch of vines, participating in the entire winemaking process from winter pruning to bottling. Throughout the year, participants receive updates on their vines' progress online and will enjoy six personalized bottles crafted from their grapes. This hands-on experience offers a deeper appreciation for the art of winemaking and the dedication that goes into each bottle.

It’s a shame that this beautiful cellar that was there is no longer open, it was very pretty with its tables and seats in barrels throughout my youth 🤔🤔🤔

They gave us a bottle of wine, which in turn was given to them by some French people who were on vacation in the Basque Country. A delicious wine, we liked it a lot. Out of ten, wow.
