The building of Domaine Les Capréoles was established 250 years ago and still charms people worldwide with its ancient stones, wood setting, and ancient vault cellars. The rebirth of the wine estate took place in 2014 with 6 hectares of vines replanted around the property. Today, the estate is a stunning property to visit and explore.

Biodiversity and Land Preservation

Domaine Les Capréoles is situated on a hill facing the south and the vines surround the estate. The granite soils of the vineyard offer a high-quality platform for Gamay. Daily care of the vines and soils is important to achieve great qualilty grapes in terms of perfect ripeness. Preserving the biodiversity and soil’s health for future generations continues to also a priority at Domaine Les Capréoles. From vine to wine, each step of the winemaking process at Domaine Les Capréoles brings new challenges. The team is constantly trying to express the true essence of their terroir.

An agronomist and oenologist by training, Cédric, the owner, believes in organic farming. After developing and learning skills of winemaking, Cédric made his 15-year-old dream to make wine a reality.The winery’s philosophy is “better grapes for better vines”. Cédric and his family do their work with passion and love to share it with others. The family welcomes visitors for wine tastings and tours in their stunningly beautiful vineyards.
