Producing typical Verona territory wines for over 30 years

Winery in the heart of the Custoza D.O.C. and Bardolino D.O.C.

Azienda Agricola Aldo Adami is family-run winery in the heart of the Custoza D.O.C. and Bardolino D.O.C. production on mount Valbusa. For more than 30 years, they have been producing typical Verona territory wines.

History of the Winery

The winery is now being run by the third generation of Adami family. The first winery of the Adami family was founded by Marino Adami in Custoza. Later in the ‘80s, Gaetano started a small local trade of wine in demijohn and hence the first winery in the Borgo Valbusa was born. He started the production under the “Adami” brand. The first bottles of these typologies were of 1983 vintage. The love for the vineyards and passion for the wine are also passed on to the son of Gaetano, Aldo. In 1987, both father and son decided to build a new 300 square meter cellar. Since 2015, Aldo’s daughter, Deborah, is also part of the company. The family wines began to cross the national boundaries.

Today, Aldo and his children Deborah and Mirco encompass the testimony of their ancient traditions.

Fundamentals of Aldo Adami

The care for the grapevines, love for its work and the respect of the environmental conditions are the fundamentals of the company for obtaining its high quality wines. The Adami family welcomes you for guided tours, tastings and events at its hillside winery with a unique panorama. Aldo Adami is the perfect place to host a memorial event.
