Crafting Authentic Verona Wines for Over 30 Years
Winery in the Heart of Custoza D.O.C. and Bardolino D.O.C.
Azienda Agricola Aldo Adami is a family-owned winery nestled in the picturesque Custoza D.O.C. and Bardolino D.O.C. regions on Mount Valbusa. For over three decades, this winery has been dedicated to producing wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the Verona territory.
History of the Winery
The Adami family has a rich history in winemaking, now proudly represented by the third generation. Marino Adami established the family's first winery in Custoza, and in the 1980s, Gaetano expanded the family legacy by starting a local wine trade in demijohns. This led to the creation of the Borgo Valbusa winery, where the “Adami” brand was born, with its first bottles released from the 1983 vintage. Gaetano's passion for viticulture was passed down to his son, Aldo, and in 1987, they built a new 300 square meter cellar. Since 2015, Aldo's daughter, Deborah, has joined the family business, helping their wines reach beyond national borders.
Today, Aldo and his children, Deborah and Mirco, continue to honor their family's winemaking traditions.
Fundamentals of Aldo Adami
The Adami family's commitment to quality is evident in their meticulous care for the grapevines and respect for the environment. This dedication results in high-quality wines that reflect the essence of their land. Visitors are welcome to enjoy guided tours, tastings, and events at their hillside winery, which offers stunning panoramic views. Azienda Agricola Aldo Adami is an ideal location for memorable gatherings.
