That is truthful and typical, the result of a union between tradition and innovation, detached from the dogmas and fashions that too often dominate the world of wine.

Letting The Grapes Do the Talking

Our enology does not want to transform the grapes but wants to accompany the fruit of our vineyards through a supply chain as less intrusive as possible, with a few targeted interventions that allow our small reality to propose a wine that represents the vintage with its nuances. and facets as much as one's own style and character, very precise and peculiar to our company.

What an amazing stop on a wonderful tour of the Valdobbiadene hills. We tasted wonderful valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wines at the Follador winery. As a family run bussiness Francesco, Valeria and Stefano welcome you into their home and offer a tasty lunch while explaining alot about the region, Prosecco wines and the culture. And of course all while tasting and enjoying some great wines. We wish we could take more of their wines home with us but were pleased to find out that there is a provider who sells their great wines in the Netherlands! Highly recommend a visit! 😊

Delicious prosecco and lovely people. We were driving through Valdobbiadene and most other places were closed for the lunch hour, but Francesco Follador let us in, served us prosecco, cheeses and meats, and were just generally hospitable all round. Very reasonably priced, and very good prosecco.
