Belief in Traditional Methods of Winemaking
The winemaking story of Cascina Cappelle dates back to 1890 with the Tartaglino Family. Today, with immense respect and love for family tradition, the sixth generation of the family is managing the administration of the Cascina Cappelle winery. They pay attention even to the smallest details of their work to deliver the finest quality wines and to keep the organoleptic characteristics intact. The Tartaglino family believes in traditional methods of viticulture, for example, manual picking of grapes, followed by soft manual pressing.
