The Fiorentini family has been involved in growing vines and producing wines since 1905. The years of experience and skills enrich their wines. The artisan winemakers have evolved to adapt with the demands of the changing world. They have renovated their cellars walls and also installed sophisticated technological equipment to enhance the processing processes. With the combination of traditional techniques and newer technologies, the wine produced at FiVi winery are simply elegant with distinct taste that stays for a longer period in consumer’s mind.Vineyards
The vineyards are located on the hills near town Castrocaro at an altitude of 250 meters above the sea level. The unique terroir of the FiVi vineyards are due to its soil complexity that are made up of blue clays. The vineyards are near to a sea and that adds to the uniqueness of the terroir. On the hills of Castrocaro stands this farm that produces excellent wines We were welcomed by Mr. Fiorentini, owner of the same. A gentleman of unique delicacy like his products The tasting was accompanied by stories about the birth of the company, the wines and some history of the places It was a unique and truly pleasant experience Highly recommended
