Azienda Agricola le Muraglie

We are located in the suggestive and picturesque morainic hills of Lake Garda, in Valeggio sul Mincio, a renowned medieval village, and Custoza, theater of the famous Risorgimento battles, and just 25 km from the historic center of Verona.

Our family have been wine producers for generation. In 1910 our great-grandfather Gaetano and our grandparents Erminio and Adele were small farmers who cultivated the land of a noble family who lived in Milan; at the end of the agricultural year, half of the wine produced belonged to them and other half to the owner.

Grandparents passed on their passion for the vineyard and love for wine to their children Luigi, Franco, Remo which founded the winery.

The new generation, Alessandro and Vania, take up the baton of ancient traditions, relaunching the winery towards new horizons, preserving its nature within a family dimension. All stages, from vineyards care to winemaking, are meticulously and personally followed.

With enthusiasm we personally take care of all the phases of winemaking using modern techniques that aim to maintain the aromas which are typical of Custoza, Bardolino, Chiaretto Bardolino and other wines of our production.
