Rivaluce nasce da una passione di famiglia che attraversa le generazioni e si rinnova oggi sotto la guida degli enologi Anna Bertorelle e Alessandro Favaro. È una storia di radici profonde e di visione contemporanea, che prende forma tra i vigneti storici nel cuore del sito UNESCO delle Colline del Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene, precisamente a San Pietro di Barbozza. Qui, tradizione e sensibilità moderna si incontrano per dare vita a vini che parlano con autenticità del loro territorio.

Ogni fase della produzione è seguita con cura artigianale: dalla coltivazione attenta delle uve Glera alla vinificazione e spumantizzazione. Un approccio paziente, meticolo e rispettoso che esalta eleganza, equilibrio e identità, lasciando che il tempo diventi un alleato e non una scorciatoia.

I vigneti si estendono in siti collinari eroici, dove la viticoltura è ancora un gesto manuale e consapevole. Ended up here by chance, what a great discovery!! Valdobbiadene Docg very good, but the Rive extra brut is the best and the view from there is wonderful!! Very good grapes with a refined taste
