Their Wine making Process
Azienda Agricola Talenti winery prides itself on maintaining a close connection between tradition and innovation and in the cellar traditional wine making techniques are complimented by research conducted on continuous improvement. The wines that are produced are matured for over 2 years in Allier and Slavonia wood vats and then are left to further refine in bottles.
This enhances the aroma and character of the wine, making them unique and unrepeatable.
During the fermentation process of the wine, which takes place in steel tanks, all the processing is conducted by hand and always at a controlled temperature to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained.
