Ci fidiamo del nostro istinto, proviamo cose nuove, cambiamo, divertiamoci e divertiamoci: questo è il nostro motto. Balliamo senza scarpe al tramonto e lavoriamo con giovani che amano trovare la bellezza nella vita di tutti i giorni. Qui in Toscana, siamo attratti dai vitigni antichi che crescono in un terreno unico e amiamo l'olio prezioso come l'oro e la luce. Consideriamo l'arte come un modo per esprimerci liberamente. Siamo qui per realizzare il nostro sogno in quest'area di libertà di 13 ettari.
Stiamo intraprendendo un viaggio per riscoprire e infondere nuova vita in un luogo che è stato abbandonato per più di due decenni. La nostra proprietà è costellata di piccoli borghi, ognuno con il proprio fascino e scopo, ma tutti condividono una visione comune. Qui nella nostra tenuta, siamo appassionati di vino, olio d'oliva, ospitiamo eventi e integriamo l'arte nel nostro ambiente rurale. Anche se la nostra terra è stata a lungo dedicata alla coltivazione dell'olivo e non è molto conosciuta per la vinificazione, siamo determinati a cambiare questa narrazione.
La nostra missione? Creare un vino proprio qui, su questa collina incontaminata, che rispecchi davvero l'essenza di Querciamatta. È una sfida alla quale affrontiamo con fervore ed entusiasmo! La nostra intera attenzione è rivolta al rispetto della terra e all’adozione della sostenibilità. Iniziamo con pratiche di agricoltura biologica, con l’obiettivo di fondere tradizione e innovazione mantenendo al minimo il nostro impatto ambientale. Il nostro obiettivo finale? Per dare nuova vita a questo territorio e lasciare un segno positivo nell'ambiente.

Write a reviewOpened last October 25, it is a pleasant surprise that with a limited menu card, manages to satisfy lovers of land, water, vegetarians and celiacs. Extremely well-prepared dishes with quality products from companies mentioned in the menu. For the moment open only on Friday and Saturday for dinner, in addition to events and tastings. Worth a detour.

Cafè QM: a corner of peace and taste I had the pleasure of having dinner at Café QM in Querciamatta and the experience was truly unique. The environment is cared for down to the smallest detail, with an intimate atmosphere and a refined design that makes every moment special. The menu is well thought out, with dishes that follow the season and use excellent raw materials, enhanced by the creativity of the chef. If you are looking for a stylish not stuffy wine tour, book a visit. If you enjoy peppery olive oil with fabulous names, purchase a flight of the artisanal bottles. The property is stunning and the story of creating such delicious treasures on once abandoned vineyards is a tribute to owner’s creativity. Love to return for an event in the future!

Thank you for the oil and wine tasting with lovely tapas and lasagne. We learned a lot about the use of oil in cooking, and we tasted 2 lovely wines. Very friendly and committed staff and beautiful surroundings.
